ADMISSION PROCEDURE AND REQUIREMENTS

AB LITERATURE AND BS ENTREPRENEURIAL TOURISM

1. The applicant must first take the Entrance Examination. To take the said exam:

1. Ask for the entrance exam slip from the Registrar’s Office.
2. Pay the P50 entrance exam fee at the Cashier’s window of the Finance Office. The cashier will sign the entrance exam slip.
3. Proceed to the Guidance Office and present the entrance exam slip. The Guidance Counselor will give the schedule for the entrance examinations.

2. The result of the EE will be released by the Guidance Counselor to the applicant .

3. During the enrolment schedule the applicant should procure the following requirements:

For New/Freshmen Applicants

1. Entrance Exam Result
2. High School Report Card or Form 138 (original)
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character (original)
4. NSO copy or Local Civil Registrar authenticated copy of Birth Certificate
5. 1 long white folder, 1 long brown envelope
6. 2 copies of 2x2 size picture in blue background
7. Marriage Contract (female-if married)

For Transferees ( one who has been enrolled in another institution):

1. Entrance Exam Result
2. Honorable Dismissal
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character
4. Original Copy of Transcript of Records/Course Program and Certification on Subjects Taken and Passed
5. NSO copy or Local Civil Registrar authenticated copy of Birth Certificate
6. 1 long white folder, 1 long brown envelope
7. 2 copies of 2x2 size picture in blue background
8. Marriage Contract (female-if married)

For Old Students:

*Old student who stop for 2 consecutive years should take again the entrance examination.

HIGH SCHOOL
