Living Asia, an international channel featured for the first time the historic and beautiful place of Culion to introduce the island to Asian Tourism Marketing.

The team consisted of five persons including the President himself, Mr. Hermando Neri, coordinator- Ms. Marites Visda, writer- Ida Noelle Calumpang, camera man- Mr. Antonio Pineda, and assistant camera man: Mr. Edsel Lomboy. They stayed at Hotel Maya for six days from of August 12-17, 2010 (Friday to Wednesday).

They visited Bugor, Lumbercamp Cabulihan, Brgy. Malaking Patag to look for Pitogo plants. They also had a historical walk. They passed by La Inmaculada Concepcion Church, the Culion Museum, Parola and many more. Mr. Jesus Tolosa Tibi, Jr., Mr. Gideon Sarreal, Ms. Patricia Aliño along with the tour guides from Hotel Maya - Mr. Renley Cubelo and Mr. Denis Badajos toured the team from Living Asia.

Their trip was sponsored by Cebu Pacific. They were welcomed and accommodated by the LGU, LCC, and Hotel Maya. The documentary film will be broadcast either by the month of November or December, 2010.

The writer of the living Asia was very pleased of Culion.
