Sama-sama ng Pamilya sa Paaralang Loyola 2010

With a theme, “Sama-sama ng Pamilya sa Paaralang Loyola 2010”, LCC launched its first a family day for the school year 2010-2011 last August 14.

At 8:00 A.M., all students and their parents celebrated a high mass with Rev. Father Xavier C. Alpasa S.J. as the mass celebrant. Everyone was in ‘Pormang Pinoy” wearing traditional Filipino costumes.

Benigno Simeon Aquino II, affectionally known as Ninoy was a man of knowledge, bravery and faith. He wanted nothing more than the country being freed from the tyrannical government of former President Ferdinand E. Marcos.

Fr. Lito Dreams for LCC

Rev. Fr. Marlito G. Ocon S.J. came from Cortez, Bohol, a distant place away from Palawan. His early attraction towards the deeds of the Jesuit missionaries was about to rise when he was still in high school. This divine desire continued to puzzle his heart while he was studying in college. It became deeper and clearer when he was in his fifth year of studies. Father Lito finished his degree in Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. That was the time when he decided to open the door of his heart to answer the call of God; a call for a mission.
